Microbial pollution real-time monitoring: The production line is equipped with advanced microbial real-time monitoring equipment to dynamically monitor the number of microorganisms in the production environment, raw materials and semi-finished products. Using biosensor technology, once the microbial indicators approach or exceed the hygiene standard, the system immediately alarms and automatically starts the disinfection process. For example, sensors are installed at key locations in raw material storage areas and production workshops to collect data every 15 minutes to ensure that the production environment always meets health requirements, reducing the risk of microbial contamination and ensuring product health and safety.
Raw material traceability and quality classification: Establish a raw material traceability system, each batch of raw materials have a unique code, from the supplier's delivery to entering the production line, the whole information can be checked. At the same time, the raw material quality classification system is introduced to fine grade raw materials according to physical properties, chemical composition and other indicators. During production, the system automatically matches the corresponding grade of raw materials according to the product quality needs, to ensure that the quality of each sanitary napkin is stable and in line with the standard, and to prevent product quality problems caused by fluctuations in raw material quality from the source.
Packaging sealing test strengthening: In the packaging link, add high-precision packaging sealing test equipment. The vacuum detection technology is used to simulate the packaging status of the product in different environments, and the sealing performance of each pack of sanitary napkins is strictly tested. Any packaging sealing defects, such as small gaps, weak bonding, etc., will be accurately identified and eliminated.
